Pure water as a
managed service.

Common Questions

Frequently asked.

How does the deployment process work?

We manage everything — from initial survey to live monitoring. Typical timeline is 10 business days from contract signature:

Day 1–2: Free on-site water quality audit and site survey — full written report, no commitment required.

Day 3: Equipment specification confirmed; commercial proposal with fixed monthly fee, SLA terms, and projected savings delivered.

Day 4–6: MDZN units installed, plumbed, and commissioned. IoT sensors connected to our NOC; staff orientation completed.

Day 7–8: System calibrated to site-specific water chemistry. Baseline readings across all 14 parameters logged.

Day 9: Live dashboard access granted; NOC team briefs your contacts on alert thresholds. 24/7 monitoring begins.

Day 10: Commissioning certificate issued; first independent lab test establishes Swiss Federal FDWO certification. Billing commences.

What is the minimum subscription term?
Minimum three-year term. A fully refundable deposit is placed at signing and returned in full at end of term. The three-year structure lets us absorb all capital, installation, and maintenance costs without passing them through as fees.
What happens if the water quality falls below specification?
Our SLA requires Swiss Federal standards at all times. Underperformance triggers mandatory remediation within 24 hours at zero cost; extended non-conformance activates compensation provisions in your agreement.
Who is responsible for the equipment?
Pulserac retains full ownership and responsibility for all MDZN hardware. You have no asset on your balance sheet, no insurance obligation for the equipment, and no disposal liability at end of contract.
How is the monthly fee calculated?
Fees are fixed at signing based on your site's volume and MDZN configuration. No variable charges, surcharges, or adjustment clauses — what you agree is what you pay.
Can we run a pilot before committing?
Yes. Qualified sites — typically organisations with existing water treatment expenditure above HKD 20K/month — are eligible for a 3-month pilot programme at a reduced subscription rate. Contact us to discuss pilot eligibility for your site.
What countries do you operate in?
We are headquartered in Hong Kong and currently operate across the Greater Bay Area, Macau, mainland China (major cities), Malaysia, and Myanmar. We evaluate new ASEAN markets on a case-by-case basis — contact us to discuss your location.
What happens if our organisation relocates?
Within our operating region, Pulserac decommissions, transports, and recommissions all MDZN equipment at the new site at no charge. Reinstallation typically completes within five business days.
What happens during a power outage?
MDZN 300 and above include a UPS as standard. UPS integration is available as an add-on for MDZN 100 and 200. NOC monitors in real time and dispatches support if any power event affects output.
How is water quality independently verified?
Verification runs on two channels: live IoT data streaming 14 parameters to our NOC and your dashboard, plus independent quarterly lab certification against Swiss Federal FDWO standards. Certificates are archived in your account; both channels are included at no additional cost.
